Technical & Farming Operations
We believe in a collaborative and strategic approach to every project, ensuring that we understand your unique challenges and objectives before diving into the technical implementation.
Candidates must complete either our basic or advanced pearl farming training. We look for individuals who adopt the mindset of a "Pearl Farmer before a Pearl Businessman." A deep, practical understanding of the technical requirements is crucial—whether you plan to manage the farm yourself or participate as an investor in a group project.
Once your training is complete, we will host a detailed consultation. During this session, we will align on your specific goals, budget, and vision for your pearl farming venture.
Our technical team will visit your proposed location to assess its suitability and verify all environmental and infrastructural requirements. Following the visit, we will generate a comprehensive feasibility report.
Using the data gathered during your consultation and site inspection, we will present you with a tailored project proposal outline, including cost estimations, resource planning, and timelines.
Once you approve the proposal, we will initiate the official documentation stage. This includes signing formal project contracts and legally binding agreements. The project is officially locked in upon the completion of your initial investment.
Our team manages the entire setup using premium, industry-grade materials. To maintain absolute operational transparency, you are welcome to witness the installation process firsthand at your location as our team brings the project to life.
After successful project completion, we provide you with dedicated maintenance training. You can choose to manage the daily operations yourself or subscribe to our professional maintenance package. Regardless of your choice, our team remains available for ongoing technical support.
Per the terms agreed upon during the documentation process, we offer a guaranteed buyback option to purchase your final harvest at the prevailing market price. Alternatively, you retain full independence to sell your finished pearls directly to external buyers.
We provide comprehensive pearl farming solutions, from initial consultation to post-harvest support.

We provide best quality mussels species like Lamellidens marginalis and Lamellidens corrianus, which are between 6-10 cm in length.
Pearl nucleus which comes in Round, Half Round, Oval, Drop, Heart, Square and Diamond cut shapes
Best grade nylon mussels nets, with 4-14 pocket capacity.
Grafting or nucleation is a precision biological procedure where a technician implants a foreign nucleus and a piece of living mantle tissue into a host oyster / freshwater mussel to trigger the formation of a cultured pearl.
Pearl oysters rely heavily on the natural nutrients, specific microalgae, and mineral supplements present in the water to grow and produce high-quality pearls. Health management focuses on prevention and sanitation.

Basic training focuses on the foundational science, pond setup, and the essential skills required to keep mussels alive and kickstart a small-scale farm.
Understanding freshwater mussel anatomy, species selection (like Lamellidans marginalis), and pearl formation biology.
Selecting the ideal location, determining optimal pond depth, soil testing, and pre-stocking pond fertilization.
Learning how to measure and maintain crucial water parameters such as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and plankton levels.
Step-by-step training on Nucleus Insertion (introducing designer beads or images like images of gods, flowers, or alphabets into the mantle cavity).
Keeping operated mussels in nylon bags/nets for a critical 10–14 day quarantine period to monitor survival and prevent nucleus rejection.
Managing natural live feed (microscopic green algae/plankton cultivation) using organic nutrients inside the pond.
Advanced training shifts focus toward high-value commercial production, surgical precision for round pearls, disease management, and maximizing market value.
Mastering Mantle Tissue Grafting and Gonad Implantation required to produce highly valuable, perfectly spherical round pearls (instead of just flat designer pearls).
The precise art of selecting donor mussels, cutting miniature mantle tissue pieces (grafts), and keeping them viable during surgery.
Identifying common bacterial infections, shell rotting, parasite management, and handling sudden spikes in mass mortality.
Implementing temperature control systems, depth management for peak summer/winter, and advanced aeration methods.
Techniques to safely extract pearls without damaging their luster, followed by cleaning, bleaching, sorting, and grading methods.
Projecting capital expenditures (CapEx) vs. operational costs (OpEx), building buyer networks with jewelry wholesalers, and navigating government subsidies like PMMSY.
